A journal could not be located under these conditions:
      1. The journal has been sent for binding. TMU library sends the journals for
          binding from time to time.
      2. No continuous subscription of journal. The journal may not be subscribed
          some of the year, hence, borrower need to check through the journal catalogs.
      3. The journal has not been delivered.
      4. The journal has been placed on the wrong shelf, thus considered missing.
      5. The journal has not been placed back on the shelf, please search around
          the photocopier and printer.
      6. Lost
      7. Other readers might be using the journal
