一對一諮詢，解決你手邊真實的 AI 工具使用問題。One-on-one help with the real AI-tool problem in front of you.

由圖書館館員及體系內教職員工擔任「AI 教練」，協助北醫師生員工解決在學術研究、臨床工作或日常任務中，實際遇到的 AI 工具使用困境。Librarians and faculty across the TMU system serve as "AI coaches," helping students and staff resolve the real AI-tool difficulties they hit in research, clinical work, or everyday tasks.

服務說明About

圖書館 AI 教練服務提供一對一的 AI 工具應用諮詢，協助北醫體系師生員工解決在學術研究、臨床工作或日常任務中，實際遇到的 AI 工具使用困境。由圖書館館員及體系內招募之教職員工擔任「AI 教練」，採預約制，每次諮詢 30 分鐘。The Library's AI Coaching Service offers one-on-one, AI-tool consultation to help TMU members resolve the real difficulties they hit using AI tools in research, clinical work, or everyday tasks. Coaching is provided by librarians and recruited faculty and staff acting as "AI coaches," by appointment, 30 minutes per session.

服務對象Who it's for

北醫在校學生、在職教職員工，及附屬醫院（附醫、雙和、萬芳）在職人員。TMU students & staff, and employees of affiliated hospitals (TMUH, SHH, Wanfang).

諮詢時長Session length

單次 30 分鐘為一個單位，採預約制；必要時可於諮詢後另約後續場次。30 minutes per session, by appointment; a follow-up can be booked afterward if needed.

諮詢形式Format

實體（圖書館各校區）或線上皆可，於預約時選擇。In person (any campus library) or online — chosen when you book.

可諮詢時段Available times

週一至週五 09:00–12:00 / 13:30–17:00，依教練當週可用時間為準。Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00 / 13:30–17:00, subject to each coach's weekly availability.

不是泛問「AI 怎麼用」，而是你在實際任務中卡住的那個明確問題。Not a general "how do I use AI," but the exact point where you're stuck on a real task.

2條件二Requirement 2

已指定欲諮詢的 AI 工具A named AI tool

先確定要問哪個工具，例如 ChatGPT、Copilot、NotebookLM、Elicit 等。Decide which tool you're asking about — e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, NotebookLM, Elicit.

本服務不提供 AI 的基礎入門介紹。教練諮詢的目標是直接針對你的具體問題找出解法，因此請先確定要諮詢的工具與問題，再提出申請。This service does not cover general introductions to AI. Coaching goes straight to solving your specific problem — so please settle on the tool and question you want to work on before applying.

依 AI 教練專長分配媒合，由館方指派最適合的教練。Matched by expertise — the Library assigns the best-fit AI coach to your case.

結果通知You're notified

3 個工作日內以電子郵件確認時間與諮詢方式；若暫不符合，會說明原因，可修改後重新提交。Within 3 working days, we confirm the time and format by email; if it can't proceed, we explain why so you can revise.

專業諮詢Consultation

實體或線上進行，單次 30 分鐘為一個單位，針對你的問題提供指引。In person or online, 30 minutes per session, with guidance focused on your question.
