Graduation Procedure


You can complete the procedure (library part) during the library open hours.


  • For Undergraduate

    Master / Doctoral Students

  • Online process

    1.  Please check the Academic Affairs Information System for online school-leaving check-ups and the graduation process will be able to track through the system.
    2. All the sections on the system need to be reviewed, the Library is the last one.

    What will be checked by the Library?

    • Confirm to return all the items or books borrowed from the library (include branch libraries and interlibrary loan).
    • Please make sure to clear all the unpaid payments.

    When you finish the mention above, Then, confirm the procedure on the system again for the final process completion.

  • Master / Doctoral Students

    1. Upload an e-thesis or dissertation. Please refer to “Thesis & Dissertation” for related instructions.
    2. After the audit review passed, please print and sign the "Taipei Medical University Dissertations and Theses Copyright License Agreement".
      *The Copyright License Agreement will be attached to the approval notification email.
    3. Scan the signed Copyright License Agreement, then upload it to the Academic Affairs Information System. After the librarian reviews, the project will be noted “complete” in the system.

    4. Online process limits.
      Please check the “Academic Affairs Information System” for online graduation procedure check-ups.
    5. Please follow the Office of Academic Affairs announcement for detailed graduation procedure and precautions.
      Please confirm that “Grade, Career Planning and Placement Section, Property Management Section, Cashier Section and Office of Global Engagement” have been reviewed before visit the library for authorization.

    6. The following procedures will be checked by the Library:
      1. Confirm to return all the items or books borrowed from the library (include branch libraries and interlibrary loan).
      2. Please make sure to clear all the unpaid payments.
      3. The Library will give the authorization after all of the above are completed.
    7. After the process complete, if there is a need to borrow books, you can visit the library for alumni library card.

  • Services for Alumni

    • The TMU alumni can access the library through ‘TMU Alumni Identification Card’ or ‘TMU Student Card’, but you cannot borrow any item in the library.
    • If you need to borrow the items, please apply for TMU library card. Then you can borrow up to 10 items in the library.
    • Due to licensing restrictions by our database vendors, we are unable to provide access to non-active students and staff. If you need to use databases, please comes to the library in person.
