In order to provide information that fulfills the readers’ demands, the Library provides oral, telephone, and e-mail consultation services.

- Visit the Reference Desk in person during our service hours. We are located on the 3rd floor next to the Information Retrieval Area. (On the 2nd floor of the library)

Service Hours
- During regular semester: Monday - Friday 10:00–13:00 and 13:30-17:00.
- During 2022 Winter vacation (Jan 24, 2022 - Feb 18, 2022):
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10:00–13:00 and 13:30-17:00
- Non-service hours: you could visit the Information Desk on the 2nd floor for assistance.
