Visitors
- External visitors’ age must be at least 20. Undergraduate students under 20 can enter the library by exchanging his/her school’s student ID card for the temporarily Library Card.
- To exchange for the temporarily Library Card, you have to bring your ID card with personal picture on it to the Information Desk and fill in the documents.
- If you would like to borrow books from the library, you need to apply for the TMU Library Card first.
When you visit the library, don't forget to register your seat before using your place (on-site).

We offer over 60 computers in the areas list below:
- Information Retrieval Area
Located on the 3rd Floor. We also offer print and scan serveice here.
Printers, photocopier machine and scanner are located on the 3rd Floor. You can use your Eazy card, Line pay and Apple pay to pay for photocopies. Copying or printing in the Library is NTD.1 per page. Scanning is free for our readers.
Librarians are available to provide research assistance, including the information of the library resources on a specific topic.
Connect the wireless network named ‘TMU-Guest’ , then apply for a temporarily account (expired after 24 hours).
🟡 Access E-resources
Off-campus access to library resources is restricted by our database licenses to current students, faculty, and staff of TMU. If you would like to use the databases or journals, please visit the library in person.
