FAQ Unable to Upload Files or Create Classes in Turnitin?
Answer

Starting in 2025, Turnitin will automatically lock accounts that have been inactive for several months.


If you’re unable to create a class or upload files after logging in, please fill out the Account Unlock Request Form. Requests will be processed on business days. For urgent cases, please call us directly. Once your account is unlocked, a confirmation email will be sent to your institutional email address.
